• When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% within 2 weeks
• The remaining 70% is to be paid 14 days before arrival
  A deposit of €150 is to be paid in cash on arrival.
• The deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, provided the apartment is handed over in perfect condition.

• Up to 3 months before arrival - no cancellation fee
• 3 months to one month before arrival - 40 % of the total amount
• 1 month to one week before arrival - 70 % of the total amount
• In the last week before arrival - 90 % of the total amount

In the event of late arrival/early departure, we must charge the total amount of the unused services.
