• At the time of reservation, we ask for 10% deposit
• The remaining 90% is to be paid 28 days before arrival
  A deposit of €400 is to be blcoked on a credit card on arrival.
• The deposit will be deblocked 48h after departure, provided the apartment is handed over in perfect condition.

• Up to 29 days before arrival - no cancellation fee
• 28 days till arrival - 100 % of the lodging amount

In the event of late arrival/early departure, we must charge the total amount of the unused services.
